Nicole Migeon is the founder and principal of Nicole Migeon Architect (NMA), a full-service architecture and interior design firm focused on residential, commercial, and hospitality design, with a specialty in spa and salon design. Nicole has practiced architecture and interior design for more than 25 years, during which she has received numerous honors, including a New York State AIA Merit Award and a Fine Homebuilding HOUSES Award. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, New York magazine, Elle Décor, Interior Design, Residential Architect, Fine Homebuilding, and American Spa.
Nicole’s distinctive approach to design reflects her extensive professional experience in the fine arts, which includes ten years as a painting appraiser at Sotheby’s and Phillips International Auctioneers. Her love of art is evident in NMA’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters, a studio space that also serves as an art gallery and a showroom for NMA’s Multi line of multifunctional furnishings.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, with studies in marketing and art history, from Syracuse University and a Master of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology, with additional studies in interior design at Parsons School of Design. Nicole is a registered architect in the states of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Texas, an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is certified by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification. NMA is a certified Women Business Enterprise firm in New York City and New York State.
