Condominium Common Area

Commissioned to envision the common area of a 60-story high-rise condominium near Manhattan’s Times Square, NMA generated three options that demonstrate the breadth of our firm’s approach to hospitality spaces. Our prototype designs—inspired by the three-star belt of the constellation Orion—include modern, rustic, and botanical variations, expressed in interior architecture, finishes, millwork, lighting, and furnishings. All address the same spatial parameters and satisfy the same functional program, but each in its own way and with three dramatically different effects.
